He also managed technical safety and risk during the EPCI phase of the Sunrise Offshore Windfarm HVDC Substation project off the coast of New York, with a capacity of 1,050 MW.

Rory specializes in consequence modelling for fire, explosion, and toxic events, including dispersion, thermal radiation, CFD, and VCE.
