Before joining Automation Anywhere, Russ Boreham worked at T-Impact Ltd in various capacities. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the Head of Sales & Business Development - Digital Transformation. From 2012 to 2015, he was the Sales & Commercial Lead for Workflow and Process Automation, Banking. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2012, he was involved in Change Management Sales. Additionally, from 2002 to 2009, he held several growth and start-up based roles at multiple companies.

Educational Background

Russ Boreham attended MEDDIC Academy, where he achieved the Standard MEDDIC. He also studied Human Biology at Oxford Brookes University, obtaining an HND after four years of study from 2000 to 2004.

Key Achievements

Russ Boreham played a pivotal role in the expansion of Automation Anywhere within the NHS, leading the creation of a new vertical market that grew from one NHS customer to over sixty-five. He also supported NHS organizations in defining transformational business cases, contributing to the first NHS England approved blueprint for cloud-based Robotic Process Automation. Additionally, he closed the largest software and services deal in Automation Anywhere's European operations history, and received multiple sales awards, including the Presidents Club Award in FY22 and FY23, among others.

Personal Interests and Activities

Outside of his professional life, Russ Boreham completed his first triathlon and is contemplating participating in another one, despite the pain he experienced initially. He also partook in the world's first cloud-enabled heart transplant, a project he regards as a significant career highlight.
