I am a professionally qualified, energetic & ambitious Hotelier with over 10 years experience, in roles such as: Area General Manager for Motel 6; Director of Rooms for AvantStay & Airbnb; Director of Housekeeping for Wyndham Destinations; Housekeeping Manager for Days Inn & Motel 6. In, 2019, I had the absolute pleasure of holding the role of Interim Director of Operations (Area Manager) for Motel 6. Supporting the beautiful San Diego market, as well as 3 locations in Las Vegas. This was my humble beginnings into Multi Unit Leadership. In, November 2020, I achieved my ServSafe Management accreditation. I did so, in hopes of widening my horizons within the Food & Beverage side of the Hospitality Industry. Knowledge is power! In, 2020/ 2021, I ventured back into the Vacation Rentals side of the Hospitality Industry. Doing so, as a Director of Rooms for AvantStay. Currently in search of Multi Unit Leadership Roles within the Hospitality Industry (Hotels or Vacation Rentals, respectively). **Currently interviewing with Aimbridge Hospitality (Task Force Manager), AvantStay (Area Manager) & Vacasa (Area Manager); there is even a possibility that I may make another return to Motel 6/ Studio 6** I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a graduate of Motel 6's Leadership Development Program, I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. In my previous roles, at Motel 6, Wyndham & AvantStay; I improved the performance, operations, revenue and productivity of my team by "Inspecting, What I Expect" & by simply motivating my team, to be "The Best of The Best".
