Prior to her current role at Castor, Maria Chardakis held various positions in different organizations. She worked at Teleperformance Greece as Operations Team Lead from 2017 to 2018. Before that, she served as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at the same company from 2015 to 2017. Maria also worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Teleperformance Greece from 2018 to 2019. Following her time there, she joined Webhelp as a Learning and Development Project Manager from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, she was a Senior Talent Development Partner at efood for a brief period from 2021 to 2022. She also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at INTRASOFT International from 2020 to 2021.
