From 2008 to 2011, Andhika worked at Indogamers, where he held multiple roles including DotA Operator, Forum Moderator, and Event Director. His involvement in the gaming community during these years helped shape his understanding of online engagement and event management.

Andhika holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard University, where he specialized in Constitutional Law. He also graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) degree. His academic journey includes studying at Tohoku University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he participated in the International Program on Liberal Arts and cross-registered at MIT Sloan, respectively.

Andhika has received several accolades throughout his career. He was awarded Indonesia's National Most Outstanding Student by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, ranking first among over 5 million participants. Additionally, he was the first Indonesian to deliver a speech at Harvard Law School's commencement ceremony in 2020, where he also served as Class Marshal Elect.
Involvement in International Organizations
Andhika has participated in various international organizations. He served as an Official Representative of Universitas Indonesia at the Harvard National Model United Nations from 2013 to 2015. He also represented Indonesia at One Young World in Dublin, Ireland, in 2014. His role at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Indonesia from 2018 to 2019 further highlights his engagement in global discussions.
