Prior to her current position, Anh worked at Shopee as a Senior User Researcher from 2020 to 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She also held the role of UX Researcher & Designer at Aleph-Labs for eight months in Singapore from 2019 to 2020. During her time at these companies, she focused on user-centered design and research methodologies to improve product usability.

Anh P. Dang studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology from 2014 to 2016. She also attended De Anza College, achieving an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts with a Social & Behavioral Sciences Emphasis from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, she has pursued further education in UX design at CoderSchool, completing a UI/UX 101 course since 2019.

Throughout her career, Anh has held various roles that contributed to her expertise in research and design. She worked as a Market Research Consultant at Decision Lab from 2017 to 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Her earlier positions include roles as a Data Coder at KMR Group, Inc., an Assessment Evaluator at Norton Norris Inc., and a Human Resources Intern at United Way of Dane County, among others. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad skill set applicable to user experience research.
