During her tenure at Cover Genius, Gloria Basem negotiated over $250k in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) savings, launched and chartered the Compensation Committee of the Board, developed new executive and sales compensation programs, and established a Long-Term Incentive (LTI) equity program. She also revamped onboarding and career development programs, deepened the culture of continuous feedback and learning, updated and automated People processes for improved effectiveness and IPO readiness, and built out the People team and developed a dashboard.
