Prior to that, he held positions as Senior Vice President and Director of Offshore Services from 2007 to 2016, and as Senior Manager of Service Delivery from 2001 to 2007. His extensive experience at Citi contributed to his expertise in trade and remittance operations.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Chetan Shah holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy, Audit, and Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed between 1994 and 1997. He also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, he studied Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he completed the 3TP Senior Leadership Program. In 2018, he obtained an Advanced Diploma in Global Services from Hackett Institute of Management.
Automation Initiatives at IndusInd Bank
At IndusInd Bank, Chetan Shah established the first Automation Center of Excellence, which focuses on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning capabilities.
