She worked as a UX Research Intern at iPrice Group Sdn Bhd from 2021 to 2022 for four months. Prior to that, she was a Digital Marketing Intern at TraitQuest for two months in 2021, and an Advertising & Promotions Intern at Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd in 2019 for three months.
Academic Background and Research
Charis Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), where she studied from 2017 to 2021. During her time at UNIMAS, she significantly contributed to research on user behavior patterns as a Research Study Assistant. She also developed a user experience survey tool that is actively used by iPrice Group Sdn Bhd.

Charis Lee has completed a certification course in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) in 2021.
