I have over 15 years of experience working in global IT companies and leadership roles. Currently, I work as Chief Technology Manager overseeing people, processes and technologies within a company's IT organization to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the goals of the business. I play a key leadership role in the critical strategic, technical and management initiatives — from information security and algorithms to customer experience and leveraging data — that mitigate threats and drive business growth. Previously, I worked as PMO Manager – Technical Agile Project Manager. I have a well-rounded background in project management and refined talents in lead generation and management, which make me ideal to help to change the way of working of a medium-large company through the implementation of a PPM Office (Project, Program and Portfolio). Additionally, I am a proven expert in innovation and a consistent collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my abilities to communicate and lead, including a focused attention to develop Agile teams. I’m an excellent communicator with an emphasis on building strong customer relationships and organizational consensus. I have a rich international exposure and have worked with colleagues and customers in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, India and the US.
