I am a Defense Litigator who represents various insurance companies and businesses in first party, third party, uninsured and underinsured motorist no-fault injury, and premises liability cases. I have a strong focus in auto fraud investigation, litigation, and policy rescission. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration (BBA) triple majoring in Marketing, Advertising, and Management from Northwood University, and my Doctorate in Law (JD) at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school, I was the Vice President of the Business Law Society, Secretary for the Student Bar Association, volunteered for the ABC/Cooley Bankruptcy Clinic, and was a Student Attorney for the Estate Planning Clinic. I graduated law school with an additional certificate for my concentration in Business Transactions. I am licensed to practice in the State of Michigan; a member of the Business Law section and Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan; a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, and a Mediator certified in accordance with Michigan Court Rule 2.411.
