Brian T. McGorisk is a partner in Plunkett Cooney’s Flint office. He has been with this firm for over 25 years and represents a variety of different clients in many areas of the law. Mr. McGorisk represents financial institutions, retailers, realtors, product manufacturers, general contractors, premises owners, accountants, lawyers, surveyors and engineers. He has also worked on numerous creditors' rights cases for the past 15 years. In addition, Mr. McGorisk has handled hundreds of premises liability cases on behalf of well known retailers including Meijer, Kroger, Kohl's, Tractor Supply and K-Mart. His practice also includes representation of numerous trucking and transportation companies and their insurance providers in related areas of litigation.
