Sakiru Adio has held multiple roles at Procter & Gamble over the years. Since 2017, he has been the Quality Control Laboratory Leader. Before that, he served as a Senior Laboratory Analyst for 8 months in 2016-2017. From 2014 to 2016, he was the Making Shift Quality Assurance Leader. He also worked as a Chemical Laboratory Analyst from 2013 to 2014 in Ibadan and as a Household Care Laboratory Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States from 2013 to 2016.

Prior to his roles at Procter & Gamble, Sakiru Adio served as the Production Manager at Divine Charity Ventures from 2009 to 2013 in Ibadan.
Education and Qualifications
Sakiru Adio earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure, completing his studies from 2006 to 2008. He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Chemistry with Biochemistry from the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technology, where he studied from 2000 to 2005. Adio completed his secondary education at Community Grammar School Kudeti Ibadan, obtaining his Secondary School Certificate from 1993 to 1999.
Leadership and Responsibilities
Sakiru Adio holds several key responsibilities at Procter & Gamble. He serves as the Site Sensory Coordinator, overseeing sensory evaluation processes. He is also the Site SAP QM Key User, managing quality management processes within the SAP system. Adio owns the Laboratory Control System, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations, and manages the Laboratory M&R Spending System. Additionally, he leads the Site Consumer Complaint Investigation System, acts as a Custodian of department assets, and is the Stewardship Leader for promoting responsible management. His duties also include overseeing Site Data Integrity, managing the Site Record Keeping System, leading Department Education & Training programs, heading the Site Quality Program Health Assessment (QPHA), and serving as a Key User of Veeva Vault. He also owns the Department Validation System and manages Department Digital Systems Applications.
