Just look at my work re-inventing global IT asset inventory for security teams and launching Qualys CyberSecurity Asset Management, which went from zero to multi-million dollar of annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years. Or the BDNA Data Platform. To expand a solution for single IT initiatives into delivering rich data for enterprise-level decision making, I led far-flung teams in building a cohesive data-as-as-service product. The platform generated 80% of the company revenue through direct customers and partners, with 20 net new logos per quarter, and was instrumental in accelerating BDNA's acquisition by Flexera. Earlier with BDNA Analyze, enabling customers to analyze IT device data with business context. Our process resulted in a 30% increase in closing rates, while reducing average sales cycle by 60%. I had personally developed & pitched this idea to executives before organically moving from Professional Services to Product Management. I understand cross-functional success because I’ve done it as a business owner. I work with UX to bring authentic voice of the customer to the Design, with Engineering for the best visibility and a fundamental understanding of technical specifics.
