Before joining SC Johnson, Penny Yang held several key HR positions. She was Senior HR Business Partner- Asia Pacific at Husky Injection Molding Systems from 2010 to 2016 in Shanghai City, China. Previously, she worked as Senior Human Resource Manager-China at Ingersoll Rand from 2008 to 2009. She managed HR operations at Michelin as Human Resource Manager-Business Partner from 2005 to 2008. From 2003 to 2005, she served as Human Resource Manager- Min Hang Store at Auchan Retail. She began her career as Human Resource Supervisor at Darharnq Electronic Equipment (Shang Hai) Co., Ltd., from 2000 to 2003.
Education and Expertise
Penny Yang has a strong educational background in business and economics. She completed her Global Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2017 to 2019. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northeast Forestry University, where she studied from 1996 to 2000.
