Project Involvement and Contributions

Randy has constructed financial models for over 20 projects to evaluate optimal sourcing locations for the SC Johnson product portfolio globally. He also directed a global, cross-functional team to develop sourcing scenarios to mitigate the impacts of GBP devaluation, tariffs, and supply chain disruptions due to BREXIT. Additionally, he developed a multi-year strategic plan for a production site in Poland, leading to $3.5MM in cost savings and improved site fixed cost absorption by $2.5MM. He also created and delivered training on sourcing strategy processes to 110 employees in Global Procurement.

Leadership Roles and Initiatives

Since July 2020, Randy Freeman has been the Co-Chair of the SCJ Council of Young Professionals, an organization with over 400 members. In this leadership role, he has been integral in driving initiatives that support professional development and networking among young professionals within the company.
