Prior to that, he was the Head of European Government Affairs at Rapiscan Systems between 2007 and 2010, also in Brussels. Hogan's experience includes a tenure at ACI EUROPE as Head of Communications from 2005 to 2006 and at APCO Worldwide as Senior Associate & Head of EU Transport Practice from 1999 to 2005, both in Brussels.
Educational Background
Hogan has a well-rounded educational background. He studied Executive Leadership at Cornell University from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in his academic career, he attended the University of Limerick, where he graduated with a B.A. in European Studies, focusing on political science and economics, from 1996 to 2000.
