Following this, he served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at GHD from 2008 to 2010 and later became the Canadian Head of HR at GHD Environment Ltd from 2010 to 2015. He also worked at Sandvine as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources from 2015 to 2018. His diverse experience in these roles has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices.

Sturt Carter has a solid educational background in human resources and industrial relations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. He furthered his studies by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Leadership from Sandermoen Business School (University of Fredericton) between 2016 and 2018.
