His roles within the team included serving as Concept Class Deputy Team Lead, Concept Class Lead Aerodynamicist, and Low Voltage Electronics Engineer from 2019 to 2020.

Before his current roles, Aaron Haley worked at Subway as a Sandwich Artist in Chelmsford, United Kingdom, from 2017 to 2018. His early work experience also includes a position as a Student Ambassador at the University of Hertfordshire from 2018 to 2019, where he engaged with prospective students and provided insights into university life.
