Additionally, he served as the Chief of Party for Mercy Corps-Cardno US from 2014 to 2016 in the Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia.

Jason Brown holds a Masters of International and Community Development from Deakin University, which he completed from 2011 to 2014. He also earned a Bachelor of Asian Studies (Indonesia) from The Australian National University between 1997 and 2000.
