Dunn also served as the National Director of TPM & Reliability Engineering at Quest Diagnostics from 2016 to 2017. His experience includes a role as Director of Reliability Maintenance - North America at Kellogg Company for nine months in 2017-2018 and as Maintenance Manager / Engineering Project Manager at ASR Group from 2007 to 2009.

Brian D. Dunn holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University. He furthered his education with a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School in 2020. Dunn has also studied Agricultural Science at both Penn State University and Nicholls State University, and Food Science and Technology at Purdue University.
