She also holds a Master of Arts in Biotechnology from Harvard University, obtained between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, she completed a Certificate in Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Tufts University from 2021 to 2022. Before entering the biopharmaceutical industry, Gruppioni worked at Boston Children's Hospital as a Laboratory Manager and Research Assistant II from 2006 to 2011. She began her career in pharmacovigilance at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, where she served as a Pharmacovigilance Associate from 2011 to 2013. This early experience laid the foundation for her subsequent roles in pharmacovigilance and real-world evidence.
