He also earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman from 2003 to 2008. Before co-founding Anessa, Farough Motasemi worked as a Research Assistant at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2009 to 2011.
