Founded in 1974 as Mountain United Church Housing, Archway Communities has undergone several transformations, previously known as Rocky Mountain HDC. The organization has a long-standing history of providing affordable housing and has consistently adapted to meet the needs of its community. Today, Archway Communities operates in the Denver Metro region and Colorado Springs, continuing to focus on housing and supportive services for low-to-moderate income families and individuals.
Affordable Housing Services
Archway Communities provides affordable housing options to a diverse group of residents including families, seniors, veterans, and individuals who were formerly experiencing homelessness. They manage a portfolio of 10 affordable housing communities with additional projects under development.
