I'm a startup enthusiast and serial founder-turned-investor. I've led tech startups, a venture builder, an accelerator program, and now a Venture Capital fund, giving me a 360 view of the fundraising process and the entrepreneurial journey. As well as supporting early-stage startups from the Middle East to Hong Kong, I've launched tech businesses in the UK, Germany, and Poland. I mentor for accelerator programs such as Brinc, FemGems, and The Alchemist, providing coaching and consulting to founders and executives. A few fun facts about me: 🔹 I have a creative background as a copywriter and professional singer; these days I front a band called 'BC & the VCs' when time allows (yep, we're all musicians from the tech startup/investor scene!) 🔹 I'm an advocate for gender parity and diversity in tech and at executive/board level; I was featured in the book 'Dear Female Founder', and regularly take part in initiatives for womxn in tech. 🔹 I started my career in London, did a stint in Bahrain, am currently working in Warsaw but living in Berlin. As a speaker I've been lucky enough to take the stage at some awesome tech events including SXSW, Web Summit, TNW, Mobile World Congress, sang at Data Natives ... and once upon a time on 'The Fantasy Stage' at Disneyland Paris!
