The Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC) offers a variety of services aimed at fostering economic growth and development in northeast Minnesota. Divisions
ARDC comprises three divisions that each serve distinct functions: ARDC Planning, the Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging, and the Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Interstate Council.
