Prior to her tenure at AtriCure, Pia Gremmel worked at Medtronic in various roles over a span of 17 years. She began as a Marketing/Product Manager for Heart Valves, Atrial Fibrillation, and DLP from 2000 to 2002 in Germany. She then served as a Product Specialist for Surgical Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation and Mitral Valve Repair from 2002 to 2007 in Western Europe. Following this, she held the position of Principal Therapy Development Manager from 2007 to 2011 in Central Eastern Europe, covering Greece and Israel. Her final role at Medtronic was as Senior Training & Education Manager from 2011 to 2017 in the EMEA region.
