Ning Lim studied at the University of Canterbury, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Human Resources, achieving a Commerce qualification from 1994 to 1997. Earlier, she attended Nanyang Girls High from 1989 to 1991 and Burnside High School from 1992 to 1993.
