Suneet Kaur has been serving as the Head of Delivery at Backbase since 2020. In this role, she leads the Atlanta hub, overseeing the development and introduction of innovative customer-facing SaaS/SI products. Kaur has played a significant role in scaling the customer success team from 75 to 150 members to accommodate increasing customer demand. She has also collaborated with the sales team to align client product requests with Backbase's capabilities, contributing to the acquisition of five additional clients.

Before joining Backbase, Suneet Kaur held several key positions in project management. From 2016 to 2020, she worked at Publicis Sapient as an Associate Director of Project Management in the Greater Atlanta Area. Prior to that, she was a Senior Program Manager at SapientNitro for one year in India. Kaur also worked at Infosys as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2010 and at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Program Manager from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, she served as an Ecomm Program Manager at Wipro Technologies from 2012 to 2014 in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Suneet Kaur studied Computer Science and earned her Engineer’s Degree from Aligarh Muslim University from 1999 to 2003. She has been furthering her education by studying at Wharton Online since 2021.
