Liz is an expert in sustainable finance and impact investing. She advises issuers and financial institutions on SDG and social bonds, as well as Impact Measurement and Management. As a senior executive with IFC, she has delivered structured investments and innovative advisory solutions, to firms and governments. She sits on venture capital and global development Boards, advising executives on strategy and implementation. She is a frequent speaker on international capital markets development, private sector development, and the U.N. economic Sustainable Development Goals including Climate, Infrastructure, Cities, Gender and Partnerships. Liz is passionate about leveraging disruptive technologies to improve business models, profitability and outcomes. She has extensive experience leading, motivating and managing large, cross-functional and multicultural teams. Liz is skilled at aligning organizational metrics and tools (objectives, budget, IT, HR), with strategic direction for successful execution, employing analytics and data driven decision making. As Interim CEO of NetHope, during a time of increased urgency and stress for the nonprofit sector due to COVID19, Liz is helping large international nonprofit Members to adopt digital business models. Taking a Build Back Better approach, Liz aims to incentives digital shifts in operations and service delivery such as e-Learning and FinTech. Prior to joining IFC, Liz was with Goldman Sachs in Capital Markets in New York, London and Hong Kong; and with Morgan Stanley in Mergers and Acquisitions in New York. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
