I have over 20 years of new business development, candidate sourcing and management experience. After starting my advertising and marketing career at my college newspaper and learning structure at the Chicago Tribune, I opened the Denver office of Bayard Advertising in 1995. In addition to all of the advertising agency things - media strategy, copywriting, creative, photoshoots, etc., I have really enjoyed developing employees and seen my hires advance to great careers inside and outside (unfortunately) Bayard. The last few years I have focused on new business and overseeing our digital areas including reporting, social, development and Google. I am passionate about helping companies make qualified hires and it's so exciting to know you're helping people find the right careers. I also oversee operations in the western offices of Bayard Advertising, including sales/P&L, staffing and issues. Outside of work I will be hanging out with my family (1 wife, 2 kids, too many pets) or playing bad golf or losing in fantasy football.
