Current Role as Warehouse Team Lead
Tyla Strickland serves as the Warehouse Team Lead, a position she has held since 2017 in Corby. In this role, she oversees the flow of traffic and goods in vehicles at the warehouse. Her responsibilities include organizing transport for finished goods and regrind sales at the Bebo site. Tyla also manages the booking in and out of consumable products, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Prior to that, she was a Team Manager at Creative T & T Ltd for 7 months in Kettering from 2016 to 2017. Tyla also held the position of Customer Service Representative at Novacroft from 2011 to 2013 in Northampton, United Kingdom. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Customer Service Administrator/Internal Sales for 11 months in Corby in 2017.
Education and Certifications
Tyla studied at Uppingham Community College from 2005 to 2009, completing a four-year program. She passed the IOSH Managing Safely certification in January 2020, which demonstrates her commitment to workplace safety. Additionally, she holds a Counterbalance Forklift licence and a VNA licence, and she is fully trained as a Banksman for vehicle banking into tight spaces or loading bays.
