He served as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for Tunisia and Libya, where he also held the role of Security & Safety Officer. His work involved performance evaluations, instrument development, and results dissemination, contributing significantly to the monitoring and evaluation landscape in the region.
Education and Expertise
Ahmed Trabelssi holds a Degree in Finance (LAG) from the Higher Institute of Management (ISG) Sousse, where he studied from 2011 to 2014. He furthered his education at the Higher Institute of Finance and Taxation (ISffs) in Sousse, Tunisia, earning a Research Master's degree (MRes) in Entrepreneurship from 2014 to 2016. His academic background provides a strong foundation for his work in evaluation and learning.
Training and Capacity Building
In his professional capacity, Ahmed has facilitated training and capacity-building sessions related to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) for USAID and its partners. Internship Experience
Ahmed began his career with an internship at GROUPE IMPACT in 2016, where he worked for one month in the Gouvernorat de Tunis, Tunisia. This early experience provided him with insights into the evaluation and assessment processes within the context of development projects.
