I am the Founder of R3i Group and the Managing Partner of R3i Capital, a deep-tech cross-border venture capital firm specializing in artificial intelligence and sustainable development. With over 20 years of experience in innovation, technology, and strategy consulting, I am a serial entrepreneur and trusted advisor. I have provided strategic guidance to more than 400 multinationals and startups across 19 sectors globally. I have led companies from the seed stage to $14 billion USD, driving market expansion and raising over $270 million in capital for my portfolio companies. My areas of expertise include smart cities, cybersecurity, medtech and healthcare, and artificial intelligence. I serve as an Adjunct Faculty Member at SMU Cox Business School in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and hold adjunct positions at Singapore Management University and IE Business School. I am a member of the advisory board for The AI Asia Pacific Institute, an interdisciplinary research institute dedicated to exploring the implications of artificial intelligence. I also hold Board roles with my portfolio companies Viewmind, Stratificare, and Meracle Health. I earned a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and the London School of Economics and Political Science) and a Masters in Management (Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland. I have steered deep-tech companies to up to $14 billion valuations and supported over $200 million in investments from early stage to Series C.
