I have been a professional IT problem solver for the past 21 years. I am passionate about continual improvement, and I love leaving things better than when I found them. It’s a thrill to delight my customers with an improved experience, better security, more efficient processes, and good old fashioned customer service. My experience spans a diverse set of industries, including government contracts, software development, marketing, manufacturing, construction, and transportation. My background includes (but is by no means limited to) leadership, cybersecurity, identity and access management architecture and support, application support and architecture, server and networking infrastructure design and support, and end user support. I am skilled at attracting, growing, and retaining talent. I empower those under my leadership to build their technical skills and business acumen, allowing them to thrive while adding value to the business. Last but not least, I am a detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to dive in and start adding value; I am not content to sit on my laurels and wait for things to happen while I stand by watching.
