It also hosts food and supply distribution events in partnership with The Houston Food Bank.
Knowles-Rowland House
In partnership with Temenos CDC, Bread of Life operates the Knowles-Rowland House. This initiative involves developing and operating 31 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness. The project aims to offer stable housing solutions and support services to help residents achieve long-term stability.
Healthy Houston Collective
Bread of Life launched the Healthy Houston Collective initiative, supported by a $3.8 million grant from Quest Diagnostics. This program is designed to combat health inequality in Houston, ensuring underserved communities have access to essential health services and resources.
