In his role as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Adnan coordinates country cross-functional teams and serves as the primary contact for country-related protocol management and global study team interactions. He is responsible for developing patient recruitment strategies and risk mitigation plans at the country level. Adnan leads problem-solving efforts, manages risks, resolves issues, and escalates them to the appropriate stakeholders. He ensures eTMF completeness at country and site levels, prepares for Site Initiation Visits, and manages site monitors.
Clinical Trial Management
Adnan prepares materials for Site Initiation Visits, reviews Site Monitoring visit reports, ensures timely issue escalation, coordinates database locks, and oversees query follow-ups. He ensures inspection readiness within the country, supports Health Authority inspections, and directs pre-inspection activities. Adnan leads local study team meetings, reviews and approves trial-related payments, and manages submissions and approvals from local Health Authorities and Ethics Committees. Since January 2020, he has served as Phase I studies tumor lead for the Canadian Hub.
