Calibrate ensures its members receive affordable access to these medications, often costing around $25 per month after any deductible is met, with the assistance of their insurance navigation team.

Calibrate's curriculum is designed to make lasting improvements in metabolic health. It focuses on four pillars: food, exercise, sleep, and emotional health. Members go through a comprehensive learning process, personalized coaching, and bi-weekly video sessions with health coaches. The program includes initial and concluding lab work to assess progress in the Metabolic Reset.
Eligibility and Access
Calibrate's program is available for individuals aged 18-64 who have commercial or employer insurance and a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI of 27 with certain metabolic conditions. The program is accessible across all 50 states and D.C. and includes a personalized smart scale that syncs with their app. It is designed to fit sustainably into members' lives with a minimum commitment of 3 months and is eligible for HSA/FSA.
Calibrate Coaching and Support
Calibrate offers ongoing support through a 30-minute video doctor visit, continuous access to medical and support teams, and bi-weekly video coaching sessions. The coaching aims to guide members through Calibrate's Metabolic Reset, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their weight loss and health improvement goals.
