These include locations in Anthem, Avondale, Central Scottsdale, Chandler, Downtown Phoenix, East Valley, Laveen, Maricopa, Maryvale, Midtown Phoenix, North Phoenix, North Surprise, Peoria, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Surprise, and Verrado. In 2023, CCV launched new campuses in Maryvale, Downtown Phoenix, and North Surprise, with plans to launch additional campuses in Maricopa and a permanent facility in Queen Creek in 2024.
CCV Leadership Institute Residency Program
CCV offers a Leadership Institute Residency Program designed to equip ministry leaders with the necessary skills and hands-on experience for effective leadership. The program includes a 12-month residency with a stipend for living and educational expenses, full-time commitment, leadership training, ministry coaching, and on-the-job practical experience. In 2023, the Leadership Institute had 30 residents and 318 alumni, highlighting its significant role in developing future church leaders.
CCV Music and Creative Projects
In 2023, CCV Music released seven projects including EPs such as 'When The Days Grow Colder' and 'Lo-Fi Christmas'. CCV Kids also released an EP titled 'By My Side'. CCV's music efforts have gained significant traction, with over 3.5 million streams across 180 countries and 204K new listeners on Spotify. These projects reflect CCV's commitment to leveraging music as a medium to connect with diverse audiences and enhance their worship experience.
CCV Mission and Outreach
CCV's mission is rooted in winning people to Christ, training believers to become disciples, and sending disciples to impact the world. In 2023, the church had 5,681 baptisms, reflecting its growing outreach. CCV hosted 56 mission trips with 786 participants across 11 countries, demonstrating its global impact. Additionally, the church tithes 10% of its annual budget to missions and other ministries, and commits 1% to local benevolence, showcasing its dedication to both local and global communities.
CCV Financial Stewardship and Growth
CCV showcases robust financial stewardship, dedicating 30% of its budget to future campus expansions, 40% to labor, and 19% to operational expenses. In 2023, the church saw significant participation and growth, with 10,911 people in CCV Groups and 9,543 weekly volunteers. Financial support was robust, with 18,901 contributors and an annual giving per household giver of $5,220. These metrics underscore CCV's effective resource management and commitment to its mission.
