With nearly two decades of experience, I have developed expertise in all functional areas of Human Resources. As a leader, my style is one of inclusion, outcomes, and accountability that is all values-based. I lead by identifying individual strengths and empowering employees to do extraordinary work. Throughout my tenure in HR, I have been an executive in both union and non-union environments and managed both small and large employee populations (from 40 people to 3,800 people). Working across such a wide range of organizations has developed my knowledge of regulatory compliance for Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, EEO, ERISA, HIPPA and ADA, DOH, and Workers’ Comp. My specialties include employee relations, performance management, corporate and field mergers & acquisitions, career coaching, labor relations, conflict management, training and development, HRIS system - build-out, design and functionality, and talent acquisition. Outside of Human Resources, I have experience with counseling, entrepreneurial start-ups, DEI initiatives, non-profits, business development, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and event planning.
