About Mona Shah (She, Her, Hers)
Executive Director of South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA), Author, Law Professor, Speaker, Litigator, Chief Member, Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and Mediator. Mona is an experienced litigation attorney who has expanded her legal career into academia and the nonprofit sector. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA). She is an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law where she focuses on legal ethics. She also teaches seminars on U.S. juries, mediation, and other classes. Mona is the co-author of the legal ethics textbook: Legal Ethics: A Guide For Future Practitioners. Mona also maintains an active mediation and litigation practice where she specializes in real estate, employment law, complex civil litigation, and business disputes.
