She has also worked within the high-tech food waste processing space. She has a passionate belief in everyone’s ability to achieve zero waste and the power of the right partnerships to improve the environment and business.Laura is a sustainable waste management expert and certified TRUE Zero Waste Advisor. She is the Co-Founder and VP of Client Services for Foodprint Group, a woman-owned, Brooklyn-based Zero Waste consultancy.Foodprint helps food and hospitality operations design Zero Waste into their business through the use of intuitive web-based tools and comprehensive training materials. By reducing waste and improving recycling, Foodprint helps its clients respond to market demand, meet regulatory requirements, save money and achieve sustainability goals.Laura was born and raised in New York City and currently resides in Brooklyn.
