About Francesca Martin
. To date I have accumulated fifteen (15) years of experience working in mental health and rehabilitation at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital. There I am part of a clinical team where I assist and provide therapeutic strategies for community re-integration and job placement for a spectrum of individuals. At the hospital my job title is Human Services Technician – Deaf Language Specialist, in this title I assist in initiating and/or revising patient programming. I document cognitive, social, and physical changes for patients with co-occurring conditions to assist in determining appropriateness for hospital wide and community integration. In collaboration with the mission, protocol, and policies of the hospital my personal goal is to offer the opportunity to live, work, socialize and learn in the least restrictive environment with the appropriate support. I possess leadership, time management, and customer service abilities and personal attributes that include an appropriate degree of motivation and critical thinking shadowed by professionalism relative to all disciplines within Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital.
