Mike Mordaunt is an Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and exclusively represents tenants. Mike leads the Tenant Rep Best Practices for C&W and is also a member of the Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) at C&W. Mike has completed over 15 million SF of transactions for tenants with a total consideration greater than $5 Billion. Mike has represented clients such as: Twilio, Fortune 50 Technology Company, EMC, Dell, Palo Alto Networks, Anaplan, Samsung, Heirloom, Starburst, Nutanix, Gigamon, Panasonic, Cohesity, Coursera, Vocera, Tintri, Twitter, Wrike, Zendesk, Guardant Health, Rambus, Knowles, JFrog, Kiwi Co, Jumio and Couchbase among others. In 2013, Mike was awarded the honor of "40 under 40" by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 was awarded a Silicon Valley Power Broker by Costar. Mike has also been on the BOD for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Los Gatos Little League.
