About Elizabeth Edon
My passion is process improvement. I graduated with my Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the focus of my education was using data and statistical analysis to drive business decision-making. For the first five years of my career, I have applied this experience in the realm of Talent Acquisition and Immigration. I have recently transitioned into a Process Improvement Coordinator position at Anthem, Inc. where my focus is increasing efficiency, customer service, and job satisfaction within the broader area of Human Resources.
