Work at Eptura
Haneen Shouman has served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Eptura since 2019. In this role, she has managed a team responsible for over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Shouman has played a significant role in standardizing the customer journey for various customer segments, including enterprise, SMB, and long-tail customers in the workplace and corporate asset management industry. She has also built a proactive customer success organization that effectively serves both enterprise and SMB customers at scale.
Previous Experience
Before joining Eptura, Haneen Shouman worked at Precast FZCO – Distributor of Wonderware Schneider Electric in various roles. She served as an Application Consultant from 2006 to 2009, then as Engineering Channel Manager from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, she worked as a Technical Sales Consultant and Training & SI Program in Charge from 2009 to 2011. Shouman also had a brief tenure at Lakeside Process Controls as Project Services in 2016.
Education and Expertise
Haneen Shouman earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manitoba, studying from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering III, completing her studies from 2001 to 2006. She also achieved a Lebanese Baccalaureate in General Sciences from MAKASSED Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut in 2001.
M&A Activities and Leadership
Since joining Eptura, Haneen Shouman has played a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. Her involvement includes due diligence and post-acquisition integrations for three acquisitions, a private equity-to-private equity change of ownership, and one merger. Her leadership in these activities has contributed to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the organization.
