As the EY UK & Ireland Managing Partner for Cyber Puneet is passionate about building client centric, growth focussed high-performing delivery organisations which are engineering led and powered by managed services. Puneet is privileged to lead the EY UK & Ireland Cyber business that has over 20+ Partners and Directors and a specialist team of more than 220 cyber experts, located across the UK and Ireland, with capabilities that span the full lifecycle of security services encompassing cyber advisory, cyber engineering, digital identity, multi-cloud security and managed services. With over 20 years of experience primarily in the banking, insurance and health sector, he has made it his mission to lead successful digital and cyber transformation programs that protect client investments, and build organisational trust. He has worked with and serviced organisations across the globe, including but not limited to the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the broader APAC region. In 2023 he launched EY UK & Ireland’s Dublin based Microsoft Security Hub and Managed Security Operations Centre (MSOC) to service clients on the Island of Ireland, UK and across broader EMEA and Nordics region. Prior to joining EY, under his leadership, in 2020, Deloitte established their Cyber Cloud Centre of Excellence in Hong Kong to service Mainland China and the broader APAC region. As a Senior Partner across the APAC region, Puneet led Deloitte's multi-million dollar, multi-award winning Strategic Cyber and Cloud Alliances Business across the APAC region. Puneet is an in-demand international speaker, and has presented at over 75 conferences globally, sharing his wealth of knowledge and real-world experience.
