About Christine Y. Kim

Christine Y. Kim is currently a portfolio manager at Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE: EPRT), a publicly traded REIT in the net lease real estate industry. She currently manages $1.5B in assets with a focus on retail real estate assets. Previously, Christine explored start-ups at Tailorbird and Withco, both Series A companies focused on real estate technology backed by NFX, Founder's Fund, Fifth Wall, and more. Prior to that, she was an Investment Associate at Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT), a net lease real estate investment trust which owns, acquires and leases properties for use in restaurant, auto centers, and medical retail industries. She spent most of her time sourcing, underwriting and negotiating properties to add to the firm's portfolio. Christine's most exciting real estate project was with Related Companies working on the Hudson Yards Development, a 28-acre redevelopment on the west side of Manhattan. Her focus was managing the P&L for 30 Hudson Yards, 2.7M square feet and third tallest commercial building in New York. Prior to her real estate experience, Christine was an Investment Banking Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She was also honored as a Scholarship of Distinction recipient from the firm during her time as an intern. While she pursues real estate full-time, Christine is also invested in leading her non-profit organization, Redefine Her Street (www.redefineherstreet.com). She hopes to grow this organization as the premier women’s business network for colleges worldwide. Christine graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in Political Science. During her time at the College, she was elected Student Body President and served as the ex-officio member (non-voting, student representative) on the Board of Managers. As an alum, she was part of the Alumni Council and served for two years.
