With almost 10 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, I am a methodical and versatile Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Everbridge, a global software company that provides enterprise solutions to automate and accelerate organizations’ operational response to critical events. I hold certificates from prestigious institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Rohtak, and XLRI Jamshedpur. In my current role, I analyze company needs and develop long-term solutions to meet personnel objectives in the APAC region. I also manage the sourcing, recruitment, vendor management, reporting, and onboarding processes for lateral and leadership hiring. I have a strong background in SDLC, project management, and information technology, which enables me to understand the technical requirements and challenges of the industry.
