Women who opt-out of the workforce for motherhood are an underserved and underutilized community. I created Exceeding Motherhood as a think thank and voice for formerly employed mothers, and a space to find connection with like minded women, along with support, inspiration, and motivation for their professional, creative, or personal journeys beyond motherhood.
